I've been wanting to jumpstart my scripture study again but I knew I didn't want to read chronologically. I really wanted to try a topical approach, but if you don't write down at least what you have done, it's easy to forget where you are. I also wanted to try to write down more of my thoughts and feelings so that I was doing more studying than browsing. I saw a few scripture journaling pages on the internet, but they weren't exactly what I wanted and I didn't want to pay for them. So, I decided to try my hand at creating some myself and I have to say, I'm mostly pleased with how they turned out. I know I am motivated by a binder full of pretty things and I'm sure other people are also.
The pages have a space for the date and the topic you are studying. I've left all the topic spaces blank for maximum flexibility. You may be able to finish gratitude in one or two pages, but I may have lots of thoughts on gratitude, or not. I have a few different backgrounds that are best printed in color because they background shows up better, but they work just fine in black and white also. I also have one that is totally blank in case your taste in backgrounds does not mesh with my own.
I may add a topic page with lots of topics to look up, but I think I will probably just use the topical guide in the back of my scriptures. I will probably also add a binder page in the back for topics I want to study later or notes I want to come back to.
There are screenshots of all the pages so you can decide which you like. Just click on the files underneath to download them to your computer.
