I'm trying out a new format for showing the meal plan. This format takes a while to enter in and you can't download it. It is easy to read though. Let me know what you think about it.
1 Chicken alfredo with zucchini, squash and tomatoes | 2 Peach or apple butter muffins Pizza |
6 Biscuits and gravy Crepes with gravy, jam, and other sauces maybe cheese sauce? | 7 Eggs Potato soup and biscuits, or rolls if I get ambitious | 8 French Toast BBQ chicken over rice with a salad or other vegetable side dish and some sort of bread | 9 Smoothies/Toast Pizza with vegetable crudites |
13 Eggs and potatoes Waffles and cut up fruit | 14 Waffles Chicken Salad | 16 Muffins and fruit Pizza with vegetable crudites |
19 Oatmeal Tuna Salad in Tomato Cups, maybe add some rice as a side? | 20 Pancakes Eggs and potatoes and/or sausage | 22 Pancakes Burritos and rice | 23 Smoothies/Toast Pizza and vegetable crudites |
